What is Mercado?

Mercado is a floral studio based in Seattle, WA started by Paulina Castro. Mercado (or Market in English) is inspired by art and movement to create beautiful arrangements and installations.

What will my arrangement look like?
When ordering an arrangement, it will be configured using seasonal blooms. Each arrangement will be uniquely curated combining colour + texture.
Where do you source your flowers?

There are a few floral wholesale markets in the Seattle area. Mercado is a member at three locations and aims to source 90% of the flowers from local farmers. 

Am I able to request specific flowers?

Yes! If you have a particular flower you are looking to have incorporated into your arrangement we can try to make it happen. Email us before ordering and we will confirm

What does the vase in my order look like?

We include a simple glass cylinder vase for orders purchased with one.

* For orders made without a vase; arrangements will come wrapped in our signature iridescent and kraft paper combo with water tubes to help keep blooms fresh!

How do I schedule a delivery?

We make scheduling a delivery a breeze!
On the checkout page there will be an option under shipping details that states "Delivery / Pick Up Date". Please choose a date that works best for you. In the order notes field, let us know at what time you'd like the blooms to be delivered. If no preference, leave blank.
For pick ups, please note a time you'd like to pick up from our studio. We will confirm your pick up time via email.

What if I'm ordering for someone else?

We've got you covered. In the 'Note' field at check out, let us know if the arrangement is a gift, whom the recipient is, their delivery address & delivery time. We will wrap the arrangement and include a hand written note with whatever you'd like 😉 For any special requests, email us!

How do I cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. Due to the nature of our product we are unable to cancel orders after the product has been made. Orders cancelled within 24hrs will receive full refund. Orders cancelled after 24hrs will receive 50% refund. More information is available here.

Can I change my delivery / pick up time after ordering?

Yes! We understand things come up and your preferred date or time may have changed. Email us as soon as possible to get the day or time corrected.
